How Long You Might Wait
We try to answer within a few working days. When a new announcement is made, many people write at once, so replies can be slower than usual. Thanks for your patience.
What You Can Write About
- Information that looks out of date or wrong.
- Pages that don’t open or links that don’t work.
- A topic you’d like us to explain in simpler words.
- A fake message or a scam you’ve come across.
- Questions about privacy or deleting your details.
What We Can’t Do
We are not a government office. We can’t register you, check your application, approve or release a payment, correct your records, or pass your complaint on to a department. For anything like that, please go to the official office or helpline of the programme.
Reporting a Scam
If someone has asked you for money to arrange your registration, or you’ve received a strange message or link about the programme, let us know. Tell us what happened and, if you can, send the web address or the wording of the message. We may use it to warn other readers.
Please Keep Your Details Private
Don’t send your CNIC number, a photo of your card, OTP codes, or bank details in your message. We don’t need them, and sharing them could put you at risk.
